one of the annoying things about melbourne is not being able to tell what the weather is going to do. vietnam on the other hand, you can almost tell whats going to happen next based on the time of the day. at around 3pm EVERY day, a massive onslaught of rain comes down on everything and everyone. people scurry for cover, and almost instantanly motorbike riders are wearing ponchos'. almost as quickly as the rain starts, it stops... much better than melbourne!

Singapore is exactly the same, everyday at 4pm (which is 3pm Saigon time), it just pours, and then, it just stops!
